Not an award This is a game! Because everyone has gone so quiet, so I decided to wake you all up ^_^

The idea is this: We fill up the calendar with Seedy birthdays by posting a picture of a Seed whose birthday falls on the day of the year that comes next... I am bad at explaining, so let me give an example:

I post an image of a Seed whose birthday is January 1st, the next person would have to post a Seed whose birthday is January 2nd (or as close as they can get to that date), the next person would post for January 3rd... And so on

Make sense?
Alright then!

Tsu watched the frolicking child in the pond with pride in her heart. She had just gotten out of the pond herself after she was satisfied her little girl could count to 100. The wee pink porpoid was sucking up everything about everything that she could into her developing brain. The only thing she took in faster was food. Her naming day was comming soon and Tsu was thinking hard about it, but in a dreamy fashion because she was tired from spending the day swimming. Expert swimmer or not, the sun was going down and the stegron was ready for sleep.

As Tsu was starting to doze on a big warm rock, she heard her baby girl giggle and talk in a low voice. Curious, she wearily got up to go to the edge of the pond where the little one was when she jumped about ten feet in the air as she spotted what baby was talking to. A big green bug the size of her head with wings that looked like un-split banana tree leaves turned to look right at Tsu, causing a massive and instant case of the heebie jeebies for the pink stegron.

"You're silly, Mama!" said baby as she giggled some more, aparently unphased by the gi-normous katydid less than a foot from her face.

Tsu overcame her shock, but couldn't stop a shudder as she approached the two unlikely friends. As she got closer, she noticed that the large green insect seemed to be wearing spiked armor and a crown, but not really...It was part of its exoskeleton. "This must be an ancient among its kind' Tsu reasoned.

The insect spoke first in a voice that reminded Tsu of a squeaky carrige seat. "Hello, I am an Elder of the Tree Walkers and we need your help. Something is killing off our Sacred Stand and we suspect it is something comming from the source of water upon which they feed. Can you help us?" it pleaded.

Tsu took a second to take it in and responded, "I don't know. What do you need?"

The large Katydid replied, "I would have gone to the wild ones that live in the bay, but they live in salt water and even still, there is no way to transport them to the creek. We need swimming ones of your kind that are used to freshwater that can come to us and swim up the creek to Well of Tears and stop what is making the Sacred Birches ill."

Tsu was ambivilant about sending her child to do something that was potentially dangerous, so she said, "Let's go into town and see if we can find some folks to help. My little girl is precious to me and I can't let her go at such a young age."

"Buuuuuuuuut Mooooooooom, I can help!" complained the child.

Too tired to deal with a child she hardly could say "no" to, let alone when she was tired, Tsu turned to her baby and said, "We'll see."

She overcame her mild revulsion, and asked the giant katydid to come into town with her to visit some folks she knew might help. She had a few in mind, but was more concerned with how to transport everyone. So, she was thinking of whom to recruit to make a cart first as they headed into town to the coffee house with a pool in front of it for their water-dwelling patrons...

New Zoidin seed!

I'm using a streakin and two nibbles fertilisers on this seed (my first bred seed!) so I'm excited to see how it will end up, none of the Zoidin so far have any mutations. I wondered about trying to find a colour fert but this strange colour is growing on me

So I realize I'm a little late showing off, since she's already to the baby stage, but the cute compels me!

Although I had used a Sky Splash fert I really didn't know what to expect the tiger stripe colors to be, but the colors from her mum and dad came together beautifully!

Yes, I have one in my greenhouse, but it is going to be used on my (hopefully) upcoming breeding.

I managed to win this month's Bird Photo contest, and I'd like to choose a seed. But, if I do so, I'd love to be able to use the Streakin fertilizer on it. I don't have much time, so please help me if you can!
