I call "matchingks"...
If that's the adult plumage the bird is sporting, I'd say Mana picked that species for some color coordination with bacon boy.

I agree with Emeril, Pork Fat Rules. Ana Mana has given me the bird species, I was close this time, it is a Rufescent Tiger Heron, which looks very similar to the Green Heron I thought it was. Thank you so much Mana!!!
