RPG Rules Examples:

1. Character profiles must be filled out before creating a Seed Ponies adventure thread.
2. Acceptance of the Seed Pony Character or other characters, should be run past our RP helper DarkLadyofSlytherin or another member of the seed crew before being posted for. To make sure that they are acceptable for the RPGs.
3. Since Seed Ponies can breed via a pollinator, discussion with the potential mate's player must happen. It is never a good thing to just assume.
4. Keep the posts within the Seed Pony-verse, so that they are realistic for Manajaq's created universe.
5. Rules are subject to change at the Seed Crew?s discretion.
6. No fighting, cussing or adult situations! There are younger members of the Seed 'fandom'
7. You do not need to own a Seed to participate in the RPG.
8. Paragraph posting is preferred, no chatspeak please and try to write in correct English
9. Have fun! That's what we're here for.

No problem. I just used the rules I use. Well, sorta. I had to tone them down, and make them fit the Seeds-verse. It's what I would go with.

Anyway, I know a lot of message board RPs like this one allow characters to be on more than one adventure at a time. I just liked to know how many I can pop Lenna into.

I'd assume the answer is yes.

That would be very helpful. I haven't decided about whether you can be in 2 RPs at the same time or not. I've always used different characters when doing that but I can see why you'd use the same one.

When it's slow going it's nice to be able to participate in another thread otherwise you can sit for hours and hardly get anywhere.

What do you regular RPers think?

My input is this: Really it depends on the type of RP. With say a Harry Potter RPG, it's a little strange to have someone two places at once. So when I'm running my HP RPG, I refrain from allowing the same character to be used in another thread while they are active in one already.

However, with an RP like this one, or many 'adventure' style RPGs, I think it's okay to allow the characters to be in different threads. Cause each thread is like a totally different adventure (or can be). I mean, if it's following the same plot (like many book/movie fandom RPGs do) then that's where it gets weird.

I'll get to the Q&A then, I'm totally bored, and really the Seed Pony Forums is somewhere I can help out right now. Especially when it comes to RPGs. I've been roleplaying for 12 years now.
