No, custom Seed Ponies are not available.

Manajaq may occassionally offer the chance for a custom Seed Pony through an event that she holds but it is entirely at her discretion and it will be posted clearly in the Adoptables Forum.

Please do not PM the Seed Crew for custom Seed Ponies, the answer will be no.
